Vacuum casting utilizes 3D printing or CNC processing to create prototype parts. A silicone mold is then made in a vacuum state, and materials such as PU, transparent PU, POM-like, and ABS are poured into the mold under vacuum conditions to replicate the prototype part accurately.

4. ‌Mold Removal‌: After replication, the silicone mold was cut open to remove the workpiece inside.
