Q1: What file formats do you accept?
A1: We work with STP, IGS, STL and most other common CAD formats. If your format isn’t listed, just ask—we’ll let you know.
Q2: Can I get a single prototype part?
A2: Absolutely—our one-piece MOQ is ideal for prototype testing or bespoke custom work.
Q3: How quickly can I receive my parts?
A3: Sample orders (1 pc) ship in as little as two business days. Small runs (2–5 pcs) in about five days. Larger batch lead times are negotiable.
Q4: Which materials are best for exterior automotive parts?
A4: ABS and ASA offer excellent weather resistance and ease of finishing; Nylon and PC work well where higher strength or heat resistance is needed.
Q5: Do you offer finishing services?
A5: Yes—we provide sandblasting, painting, plating, polishing and custom coatings to match your spec.
Q6: How is packaging handled?
A6: Each part is individually wrapped and packed in protective casing to prevent damage during transit.
